Due to the continuous increase in energy and core material costs, Kimball Office is implementing a surcharge of 1.0% of net purchase effective with orders placed July 7, 2008.

• Service orders or replacement orders due to Kimball Office error, including warranty replacements, will not have the surcharge applied.
• The surcharge is applied to the net price of the product before applicable taxes are calculated.
• The charge will be itemized as a separate line on the acknowledgement and invoice.
